DSAW and DSAW-Family Services are offering a Wellness Class for individuals with Down syndrome and other special needs ages 18 to 30. The class focuses on exercise, healthy nutrition, independent cooking, and overall health/wellness.

There are two sessions:

1) Class A is at the Jewish Community Center on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30am - 12:30pm

2) Class B is at the DSAW West Allis Office on Mondays and Thursdays from 8:30am - 12:30pm

Individuals who enroll should plan to attend most class sessions. Class started mid-January and will run until the end of April. There is a fee for this class. To learn more about the class and payment options, please call Chris Gagne: 414-327-3729 x106.
