10am-12:30pm at Action City Trampoline Park & Family Fun Center (unlimited play)
12:30pm-1:30pm pizza buffet (included in price)
1:30pm - close (8pm) at Chaos Waterpark
Come for the entire time or pick and choose what is most convenient for you!
COST: $10 per person
Note: This is NOT a fundraiser - just a fun family event. We want DSAW-Chippewa Valley events to be affordable to all. If the cost of an event would ever keep you and your family from participating, please let us know.
Waivers: In order to participate, you must sign the DSAW waiver (located below in the RSVP form) AND the Action City Waiver. To save time, complete the Action City Waiver online here. (Note, if you have filled out a PAPER waiver with Action City before, you will have to fill out the waiver again).
