Mom's Take 5 + 1 is for Moms and children to get together to hang out and eat appetizers. We are meeting on Monday, August 5, from 6-8pm, at Oakstone Recreational at 304 Commerce Pkwy, Cottage Grove, WI 53527.
DSAW-South Central will pay for appetizers. Any other food or drink needs to be paid by individual families.
