DSAW Webinar Series Presents:
Estate Planning For Families With Individuals Who Have Special Needs
Estate planning is always important, but it is essential for families with individuals who have special needs. Planning will ensure resources are available for individuals with special needs to maintain a comfortable standard of living, without jeopardizing need-based benefits. This presentation will give an overview of need-based benefits and will cover the use of Special Needs Trusts and ABLE Accounts, how said trusts and accounts may be funded and used, and the importance of naming a Trustee and Guardian who understands the importance of their role.
