Join DSAW for a Family Snow Tubing Day at Sunburst Winter Sports Park!

Sunburst provides snow tubes with the purchase of the ticket. No other tubes will be allowed besides the one that we provide.

WHEN: Saturday, January 30th
TIME: 2-4 PM

WHERE: Sunburst Ski Area (8355 Prospect Dr, Kewaskum, WI 53040). Meet OUTSIDE of the Group Sales Building. Tickets will be handed out here.
PAYMENT INFO: DSAW is providing the reduced group rate of $5 per person!! Please pay your $5 through the Sunburst Registration Portal any time before 11:59 PM on 1/29.

HOW TO REGISTER:

Please note, you only need to fill out the registration form and purchase a ticket for your family members who will be tubing.

Fill Out the Sunburst Registration Form

1. Go to https://shop.skisunburst.com/groups

2. The site will ask for a "Group Code." Type: DSA2021 and click "Continue."

3. Review info and scroll down

4. Click either: "I am the participant and I am 18 years old or older" OR "I am a parent/guardian of the minor participant who is 17 years old or younger."

5. Fill out the info required.

6. Now You Will Sign the Waiver

   1. Under "Items" please click the dot next to "2 Hour Group Tubing Ticket w/ Release of Liability Waiver"

   2. Click "Continue to view forms and sign waiver"

   3. Click the orange button that says "Click here to fill out form/waiver"

   4. Fill out required information

   5. Read waiver and sign electronically

   6. Click "Complete form/waiver" at the bottom of the page

Your registration is now complete! Check email provided for a confirmation email.

Important to note:

1. If you start the registration process and exit out before paying, you will have to start the registration process over from the start.

2. Each participant will have to be registered and paid for individually, you cannot stack family member registrations.

1. After you register and sign the waiver, it will say "Your registration is now complete! Please submit the total payment by the due date as indicated below." Scroll and click the orange button that says "Pay online with credit card"

2. Enter card info

3. Hit "complete order"

COVID-19 Precautions

By submitting your registration through the Sunburst Registration portal, you are agreeing to follow all COVID-19 precautions taken by Sunburst Winter Sports Park and the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin at this event. Precautions include all attendees wearing a cloth face mask and following social distancing guidelines set in place by Sunburst Winter Sports Park. Thank you!
