Join us for a virtual party on National Junk Food Day! National Junk Food Day comes on July 21 of every year. It is a day to forget your healthy diet goals and indulge in your favorite unhealthy snack without any guilt. Junk food is a word used to refer to food that has a lot of calories but very little or no nutritional value. We are going to do a little quiz about the history of the most popular junk foods, and we are going to show and tell each other what our favorite junk food is. Finally we are going to learn some icky facts about junk food so that we understand why we should only eat it once in a while and not every day!
