WHAT: DSAW-Family Services is offering a course on relationships for individuals with Down syndrome and other special needs. This class will cover relationships, personal boundaries, dating, self-defense, stranger danger, and safety. This class is designed for individuals ages 16 and up. Individuals are not expected to be in a relationship or have experience with dating.
WHERE: Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin (11709 W Cleveland Ave, Suite 2, West Allis, WI 53227)
WHEN: There will be two classes offered this fall. Both will run from September 10, 2018 until December 19, 2018. There will be no classes the week of Thanksgiving.
- Monday Nights from 6pm - 8pm OR
- Saturday Mornings from 9am - 11am
PAYMENT: This class is IRIS billable, and can also be paid privately.
