ABOUT THE PRESENTERS:

Our presenters will be Megan Forristall and Elena Gonzales-Walker of the Social Security Administration. Megan Forristall is a Public Affairs Specialist covering Northern Illinois. Megan has been in the Public Affairs position for 2 years, prior to which she was a claims specialist for 12 years in the Peru, IL Social Security Office. Megan worked with both the Social Security and Supplemental Security Income programs in her career. Elena Gonzales-Walker is a Public Affairs Specialist for Social Security Administration covering Southeastern Wisconsin. Elena began her career with Social Security in 1999 as a Bilingual Contact Service Representative then Supplemental Security Income( SSI) Claims Representative and moved on to Office Supervisor. Elena has been serving as the Public Affairs Specialist since May of 2018.
