Toilet Training Kids with Down Syndrome (and other special needs)

This popular seminar will cover:
- Key components of an effective toilet training program, including specific strategies, techniques, and approaches that work well for children with Down syndrome
- Health issues that complicate the toilet training process
- Identifying when a child is ready to start toilet training, and when is the best time to start
- Typical patterns of toilet training, including ways to measure progress and how to handle regression
ABOUT THE SPEAKER: Alice is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She is owner and director of Belgrade Behavior Consulting, LLC, a private practice providing home-based behavior coaching and creative, evidence-based interventions for children with special needs and other behavioral challenges. Alice has over 25 years in private practice as well as consulting with schools, agencies, and group homes throughout the Midwest.

12:00 - 1:00pm: Troubleshooting for experienced families
