Vote411.org : This site provides nonpartisan information about candidates, including candidate forums. You can also find your polling place.

Wisconsin Application for Absentee Ballot- - fill out and mail in to your municipal clerk
Absentee ballots may also be requested at MyVote.wi.gov
Make sure you’re registered to vote in Wisconsin. If not, please fill out this form or register to vote online.
Fill out the absentee ballot form or vote absentee online. Don’t worry about including the photo ID if not available. On the form check box in section 6.
If you are not registering to vote and voting online, mail both forms to address listed.
Wait to receive absentee ballot. Follow instructions carefully to complete the ballot .
