Southeastern Safety and Self Defense Slinger

Learn how to stay safe and participate in self-defense activities. The ability to stay safe at home and/or out in the community is critical to living independently. This class teaches real world safety techniques and strategies. Students will learn self defense skills, how to get help and how to assess a dangerous situation. Social media and internet safety will also be covered. Live safe and be smart!

WHO: This class is for individuals 18 and and over.

WHEN: Wednesdays, 4pm-6pm
Fall semester runs thru December 2019

COST:  This class is IRIS billable, or can also be paid for privately.

DSAW charges fees for some recurring programming because of the cost of curriculum, staffing, occupancy, etc. However, participant’s ability to pay should not prohibit attendance! Please contact DSAW if you need financial assistance.
