The evening features photographs of our loved ones and includes dinner, red carpet walk (Showcase 21), inspiring talks and presentations, and a dance.

Evening Program:
5:30 pm: Arrival (Please join us when you’re able)
6:00 pm: Buffet dinner including one drink ticket 6:30 pm: Program which includes:
• Short presentations from 8 year olds through adults
• Dance
• Red Carpet walk
7:15 pm: Dance 8:15 pm: Gift bags and conclusion

If you are able to help finance a DSAW-South Central family, please consider making a donation through our “Pay It Forward” program. You can purchase tickets for adults and/or children which will be given to a family with a loved one with Down syndrome who wants to attend but can’t pay the ticket price. Volunteer
Please consider volunteering! Volunteers are needed for setting up at 2:30 pm, helping to register and greet families starting at 5:00 pm, and for taking down at 8:30 pm. Volunteers are needed for 2 hour shifts or longer. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
Photo Submissions
Submit a photo you already have of your loved one with Down syndrome or related disabilities.
File sizes must be large and a .PNG or .JPEG
Photos do not have to be professionally taken but must be of good quality (not pixelated, out of focus, etc).
The individual with Down syndrome or related disabilities should be the focus of the picture. Family pictures are welcome but portraits of the individual are preferred.
Invitations
We encourage you to invite friends, family members, and other people in the community who you have connections with (speech, occupational, and physical therapists, doctors, nurses, special education and general education teachers, coaches, etc).
