Kids Yoga

We have a large menu of FREE, virtual, statewide fall programs this year! Our online fall programming runs from September 1 to December 18. People from across Wisconsin are invited to join us for any of these programs. Meet new friends across the state!

Kids Yoga Class

Yoga has many benefits for the mind and body, including boosting concentration, improving coordination skills, strengthening muscles, and balance.  Our friend and certified yoga instructor Nita will lead us through 30 minutes of kid-friendly, creative yoga poses to help us wind down for the day, and quiet the heart and mind. Recommended for ages 10 and under. Please ensure that you have a mat, pompoms, small soft toys, water to keep hydrated, and that you are wearing comfortable clothing
