We have a large menu of FREE, virtual, statewide programs this year! Our free online programming runs from January 4 to June 4. People from across Wisconsin are invited to join us for any of these programs. Meet new friends across the state!

Yoga and Mindfulness

Our Yoga and Mindfulness class is for self advocates AND their families! Our friend and certified yoga instructor Nancy will lead us through some yoga and mindfulness techniques to help us wind down for the day and quiet the heart and mind.
