DSAW Connects: Yoga and Mindfullness

Despite the circumstances, we are thrilled to be able to offer you programs and classes via the internet! 

Our new, FREE Yoga and Mindfulness class is for self advocates AND their families! Our friend and certified yoga instructor Lindsey will lead us through some yoga and mindfulness techniques to help us wind down for the day and quiet the heart and mind.

When: Tuesday from 7 pm-7:45 pm

Who: This Yoga and Mindfulness class is for self advocates AND their families!

How to Participate: DSAW Connects: Virtual Class Series takes place over Zoom. Once your spot in the class(es) is confirmed, you will be sent a link to click on when class starts. Zoom will work on computers, tablets, and phones. Webcams are not required to join class, but they will allow the instructors to see the participant.
